In weight training, athletes continue their repetitions of each exercise until the muscle fails — until the bicep can no longer lift that dumbbell. Until the weight smashes to floor. Until their spotter lightens that last push. Each time they go to failure, it’s a painful experience, but their muscles grow stronger. When was the last time you pushed your marketing, your business, your self to the point of failure?
